We provide a secure, confidential reporting system that connects copyright owners with platform administrators to take swift action against violations.

You can report:

  • Copyright Infringement: Unauthorized use of copyrighted material including videos, music, images, text, and software
  • Adult Content: Inappropriate adult or explicit material
  • Both: Content that violates copyright and contains adult material

We currently support reporting violations on:

Yes, absolutely. All reporter information is kept strictly confidential and protected by encryption. Your identity will not be shared with the reported party. We only disclose information when legally required by court order or law enforcement.

Reporting Process

Simply follow these steps:

  1. Click on "Submit Report" in the navigation menu
  2. Fill out the report form with accurate information
  3. Upload supporting evidence (screenshots, documents)
  4. Review and submit your report
  5. Save your Report ID for tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with your unique Report ID.

You will need to provide:

  • Platform name where the violation occurred
  • Direct URL/link to the violating content
  • Type of violation (Copyright, Adult Content, or Both)
  • Detailed description of the violation (minimum 50 characters)
  • Your email address for status updates
  • Optional: Your name and supporting evidence files

Yes! While we require an email address for sending status updates, you can choose to remain anonymous by not providing your name in the report form. However, keep in mind that some legal actions may require identification of the reporting party.

Our review process typically follows this timeline:

  • Initial Review: Within 24 hours
  • Verification: 2-5 business days
  • Platform Notification: 1-3 business days
  • Action Taken: 7-14 days (depending on platform response)

You will receive email notifications at each stage of the process.

Copyright & Legal

Yes, you must either be the copyright owner or have explicit authorization to act on behalf of the copyright owner. Filing a false copyright claim can result in legal consequences including perjury charges and monetary damages.

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) is a U.S. copyright law that criminalizes production and dissemination of technology intended to circumvent copyright protection. It also provides a safe harbor for online service providers who promptly remove infringing content when notified.

Filing a false or fraudulent report is a serious matter and may result in:

  • Termination of your access to our service
  • Legal action from the affected party
  • Potential perjury charges
  • Monetary damages and attorney's fees

Always ensure your report is accurate and truthful.

Fair use is a legal doctrine that allows limited use of copyrighted material without permission for purposes such as criticism, commentary, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, or research. Fair use is determined by considering four factors:

  • Purpose and character of use
  • Nature of the copyrighted work
  • Amount and substantiality of portion used

Tracking & Status

You can track your report status in two ways:

  1. Use the Track Report page by entering your Report ID and email address
  2. Check your email for automated status update notifications

Make sure to save your Report ID from the confirmation email.

  • Pending: Report received and waiting for initial review
  • Under Review: Our team is actively reviewing your report
  • Verified: Report has been verified and approved for action
  • Action Taken: Notification sent to platform/content removed
  • Rejected: Report did not meet requirements or was invalid

Yes! You will receive email notifications at key stages:

  • Report submission confirmation
  • Status changes (Under Review, Verified, etc.)
  • Final outcome notification
  • Any additional information requests

Technical & Support

We accept the following file types (maximum 10MB):

  • Images: JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF
  • Documents: PDF, DOC, DOCX
